Visa Requirement Inquiry for Indian Passport Holder with Irish Residence Permit

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are doing well.

I am an Indian passport holder currently residing in Ireland with a valid Irish Residence Permit (IRP). Stamp 4 in my case and my wife holds stamp 1g.

I am planning to travel to Albania for tourism and would like to confirm whether I need to apply for an Albanian visa or if I am eligible to enter Albania without a visa based on my valid Irish Residence Permit.

Could you please confirm whether I require an e-Visa or any other type of visa before travelling?
