Visa For Iraqi citizenship

I hope this email finds you well.
I am an Iraqi citizen interested in applying for a visa to visit Albania during Christmastime. While attempting to complete the online visa application, I noticed that Iraq is not listed in the "Nationality" section of the form.
Could you kindly advise me on how I can proceed with my application under these circumstances? I would appreciate any guidance you can provide.
