Visa Requirement Query

Hi Community .

I am an Indian national currently residing in Ireland and I hold a valid Irish Residence Permit (IRP). I am planning to travel to Albania for tourism purposes and would like to clarify the visa requirements.

Could you please confirm whether I may enter Albania using my Indian passport along with my valid Irish Residence Permit, or if I am required to obtain an e-visa prior to travel?

Additionally, I would appreciate clarification regarding travel for a minor. We will be travelling with a child aged between 2–3 years who holds an Indian passport but does not have an Irish Residence Permit. In this case, would the child require a visa, and what would be the correct procedure to follow?.
