Processing time and where to pay.

Hi, I’m planning on visiting Albania next month, exactly around 14th of July 2025. Today is 17th of June. I figured since I’m late in applying the visa, super rush would be the best option to get evisa processed faster. However, when I finish up filling the online form I can’t find where to pay for that anywhere. Is there a link I can borrow? And do you think I will be able to get my evisa by then?
