Inquiry Regarding Albania Visa Application – Sudanese Passport Holder

I am writing to inquire about the procedure for applying for an Albanian tourist visa. While checking the online visa application system, I noticed that Sudan is not listed among the available nationalities, and I would like to seek clarification.

I am a Sudanese citizen currently residing in China. I am planning to get married in Egypt, and after the marriage, my wife and I intend to travel to Albania for our honeymoon.

Kindly advise me on the following:
• Are Sudanese passport holders eligible to apply for an Albanian tourist visa?
• If the e-Visa option is not available for Sudanese nationals, what is the correct procedure to apply?
• Should the application be submitted through an Albanian embassy, and if so, in which country?
• Is it possible to apply from my current country of residence (China)?
