Evisa eligibility information

Hello my name is mustafe awil from the Federal republic of Somalia 🇸🇴, I would like to visit albania this year, I would like to ask if I am eligible to apply with my somali passport. I have all other Documents ready including invitation letter, hotel booking, return ticket, valid passport, etc. Please let me know it is very important for me before applying.
