Albania Vis Requirment

I am an Egyptian citizen currently applying for an Albanian visa through the e-visa system. One of the required documents listed is a 'Residence Permit of more than 12 months.' As I reside in Egypt and do not possess a residence permit, I am inquiring if I may submit a copy of my passport instead. Alternatively, please advise if there is another solution available for applicants from Egypt.
