As Somali applicants, we are facing difficulties making the required SWIFT bank transfer because international bank transfers are not easily available for us. The SWIFT payment method is creating a serious obstacle to completing our visa application. Could you please advise if there is an alternative payment method available, such as payment by Mastercard/Visa card or another online payment option? My visa application portal still reflects the visa fee as unpaid, although payment has already been made and confirmed to have been received by the bank in Albania. Unfortunately, there is no option on the portal to re-upload the payment receipt. I have tried reaching your office via email and phone calls without success. I am a Nigerian citizen currently in Nigeria, and there is no Albania embassy here. Kindly assist in reviewing and resolving this issue, as my intended travel date is approaching.
