My visa application portal still reflects the visa fee as unpaid, although payment has already been made and confirmed to have been received by the bank in Albania. Unfortunately, there is no option on the portal to re-upload the payment receipt. I have tried reaching your office via email and phone calls without success. I am a Nigerian citizen currently in Nigeria, and there is no Albania embassy here. Kindly assist in reviewing and resolving this issue, as my intended travel date is approaching.
