Hello, I am a maltese/Eu citizen and i am planning to visit ALBANIA for a 1 week holiday in March. are there any special agreements in place for EU citizens? for example:
1) Can I use my phone just like i am in the EU or do I need a local sim card?
2) Do I need to apply for a visa?
3) were is the best place to exchange currency?
