My name is Mohamad, and I am a Palestinian refugee currently residing in Northern Cyprus. I hold a Refugee Travel Document issued by the Lebanese authorities, as I am officially stateless. I am a university graduate with a degree in Computer Engineering, and I currently work as a software developer. However, a remote position is on its way. I am interested in relocating to Albania under the Digital Nomad Visa program or another available residence pathway. I kindly wish to ask: Is my Lebanese-issued Refugee Travel Document accepted for entry and residence purposes in Albania? Am I eligible to apply for a residence permit or digital nomad visa, given my current stateless/refugee status and remote work? What are the steps and documents required for such an application? My goal is to live legally, contribute positively, and work remotely from Albania. I would be grateful for your guidance or for any official resources you can direct me to.
