Hi, I’m Cakrawala Galang Nusantara — currently working as a live chat customer service agent for Shopee Singapore. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Government Studies from Diponegoro University (GPA 3.95/4.00), and I was fortunate to study abroad at the University of Twente in the Netherlands through the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) program. My academic and internship experiences have focused on public policy, government affairs, and community resilience. I also interned at the House of Representatives of Indonesia, where I assisted with administrative duties and policy research, especially around land reform and poverty issues.
